Just updated from Karmic to Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx. Thought it would be safe by now, and it seems everything went fine. Just had to re-enable some repositories. We'll see how it keeps the coming days.
Update: OK, so I had to reinstall java 6, but that was easy enough with this tutorial. I also had to run:
sudo update-alternatives --config java
